Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Quadrastack's CLI tool, VSCode extension, or website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our Services.

License Types and Usage

Free Tier

Available for personal and commercial use with no license key required.

Pro License

For individual developers. Cannot be used in CI/CD or automated environments.

Business License

For teams and organizations. Can be used by unlimited developers and in CI/CD pipelines.

Perpetual License Model

All paid licenses are perpetual. After expiration, you retain access to CLI versions released before the expiration date. Updates and support for newer versions require renewal.

Payment and Refunds

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes.

No Refunds Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate Quadrastack before purchasing. Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please take advantage of the free trial to ensure the product meets your needs before making a purchase.

Renewals

Licenses do not auto-renew. When your license expires, you must manually purchase a new license to continue receiving updates and support.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Share license keys with unauthorized users or organizations
Use Pro licenses in CI/CD or automated environments (requires Business license)
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Remove or modify any license validation or copyright notices
Use the Services to violate any laws or regulations
Use the Services to transmit malware or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

Quadrastack and its Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services. Your license grants you limited rights to use the software as specified in your license tier.

Your Content

You retain all rights to playbooks, test scripts, and other content you create using Quadrastack. We do not claim ownership of your content. Your playbooks and test data remain private and are not collected or transmitted to our servers.

Software Updates and Support

Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, and new versions of the CLI and VSCode extension. Active license holders have access to all updates released during their license period. Updates are provided "as is" without warranty.

Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email at support@quadrastack.com and GitHub issues. We do not guarantee response times or issue resolution. Support is only available for the latest version of the software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected. You use the Services at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUADRASTACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. QUADRASTACK IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.

Account Termination

By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@quadrastack.com. All sales are final and no refunds will be provided for unused license time.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity. All sales are final and no refunds will be provided in the event of termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith, and if necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
